How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your Biosil® account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Biosil® account;
  2. Find the subscription on your account overview;
  3. Click 'Cancel subscription.'

Please know that if you cancel 24 hours before the start of your next cycle, your subscription will end and your payment method will not be charged. (Your subscription cycle's start date is visible in your account.)
