We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Biosil®. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but we'll do our best to help you resolve any issues you may have. Our team is available to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time, except holidays.

Please be aware that any replacement or refund does not constitute an admission of any kind by Biosil®. We reserve the right to investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
